Welcome to the PTO

The CCS PTO is made up of Parents (Grandparents highly welcomed!), Teachers and anyone else that wants to enrich the experiences offered to our students at Coventry Christian. The PTO raises funds throughout the year to benefit Coventry students, school facilities, and extra curricular activities such as sports and the performing arts. The PTO wants you to be a part of our community! If you can contribute your time, treasure, or good ideas, we'd love to hear from you!

Every year the CCS PTO sponsors and hosts a variety of fundraisers, community activities, and all-around good times for families and members of the larger CCS community. Some of our regular events include:

Request PTO Expenditure

Have an idea that the PTO can help with?

The PTO exists to help the parents, students, faculty, and school community at large by fundraising and applying those funds in beneficial ways.

​

If you have an idea or detect a need that the PTO can help with, please let us know!

​

The PTO holds monthly sessions where all new requests will be considered and adjudicated.

​

When submitting your request, please consider and indicate the following:

​

  • Does this request apply to the Performing Arts Boosters, the Sports Boosters, or the PTO in general? (If you're unsure, that's okay.)

​

  • How much funding is needed to realize the idea?

​

  • How will the funds be used?--What is the idea? :)

​

  • Is the request time critical? (A time critical request would be one that can't wait until the next PTO session.)

​

PTO Bylaws and Current Budget
