Soccer players will refine fundamental and technical skills and will be grouped by age and skill level to provide a challenging environment for each child. The afternoon time provides an opportunity for campers to receive more specialized instruction. Students will receive a camp t-shirt and water bottle. Our camp instructor has a US soccer B license and is a former women's national player.

Fun-lovers will go on a unique, full day field trip each day of camp. Field trips include the Mutter Museum, Treehouse World, One Liberty Observation Deck, Lake Tobias, Northbrook Lazy River Adventure, and Indian Echo Caverns. Students will receive a camp t-shirt. This camp is a FULL DAY program from 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM and is a great option for working families.

11th & 12th Grade

Aspiring college-bound students will start their common application. Students will also make a resume, write their personal essay and personal statement, and learn how to send SAT/ACT scores to colleges. Campers will use Naviance and Collegeboard and will have access to a panel of admissions counselors from area colleges who will be present to answer questions. The counselors will also give a presentation about the college essay. This camp is run by the CCS Guidance Counselor with 10+ years of experience in public and private schools.

Ages 10-15

Campers will be exposed to robotics, woodworking, and inventing. They will make several projects from start to finish such as a movable robot and a woodworking project. Campers will also design, draft, build and market an invention of their choice. Each day campers will complete challenges of the day in our Makerspace/ Tinkerspace. Campers will receive an inventor's coat and a movable robot, and a myriad of other projects they have personally designed and created.
June 29- July 2

Ages 10-14

Basketball players will improve their technical ability no matter what their age or skill level. Campers will be grouped by age and ability to provide a challenging environment for each player. They will experience daily 5-on-5 game play to improve court awareness, game flow, and vision. Students will receive a camp t-shirt, water bottle and towel. Camp coaches are current and former coaches with experience coaching at the High School, NCAA Collegiate, and National/Olympic Team levels.
July 6-10

Crafters will learn and create projects in embroidery, hand and machine sewing, wet felting, needle felting, macrame, and more. Campers will receive a self-made bag filled with their projects as well as a Kumihimo Board and a Clover wonder knitter. Our camp instructor has 15+ years of experience both as a Historical and Theatrical Costumer and Patternmaker.
July 13-17

Robot creators will learn all about robotics and coding by designing a fully-functional, programmable robot. Campers will build a Lego Mindstorms robot and use an online coding program to make the robot talk, move and more! Each day, campers experience a daily Programming Challenge that hones the creativity, efficiency, and functionality of their coding skills. No prior experience is necessary!

Young college-bound students will learn test-taking strategies, work through problem sets, and experience full-length SAT practice tests. Campers will receive individualized score report details along with personalized goals and homework assignments. Parents are communicated with daily about their student’s progress. Our camp instructor has 15+ years of standardized test prep coaching.

Ages 10-15

Budding chefs will learn all about nutrition, food science, kitchen safety, knife skills, and plating. Campers will prepare and sample their food daily. At the end of the week as a team capstone project, students will budget, design a plan, purchase ingredients at a grocery store, and prepare an entire meal for our mystery judges. Students will receive a personalized, specially embroidered apron, and a culinary notebook.
July 27-31

Ages 10-15

Creative writers and illustrators will bring to life their own characters and plots as they experience writing workshops, illustration and storyboarding. At the end of the week, students will have created their own bound, hardcover book. Our camp instructor is an author and writing instructor with 6+ years of experience.

Fashionistas will learn about illustration, pattern drafting, and hand and machine sewing to create their very own garment from start to finish. Campers will also take a field trip to New York City to Mood Fabric, a high-end fashion fabric boutique. Our camp instructor has 15+ years of experience both as a Historical and Theatrical Costumer and Patternmaker.
August 10-14

Ages 10-16

Outdoor adventurers will go on full day field trips to a ropes course and Camelback Adventure Park. They will also experience rock climbing and a backpacking simulation on the Appalachian Trail. Campers will learn additional survival skills including building a fire, cooking their own food, pitching a tent, reading maps, and tying knots. Campers will create and take home a fully functional, professional survival kit that they can use on their next outdoor adventure. Our camp instructor is an Avid outdoorsman and Eagle scout.
August 17-21

World-class travelers will receive a "passport" and "travel" to different countries each day while learning about languages, geography, schools and crafts from each region. This camp is a full immersion experience of 10 different countries. Campers will do crafts and taste genuine, authentic cuisine from each country.
